How 1-1 coaching works ...

Athletes train with coaches to ramp up their game. People working to change the world or build the business of their dreams should too. Management skills, like a sport or instrument, can be learned.

Step 1: Your situation is unique so you'll start by describing your management challenges to me. Then together, we'll design a plan to solve them.

Step 2: We'll schedule a series of online coaching sessions to help you learn mindsets, techniques, systems, and strategies to manage yourself, others, and your organization successfully and seamlessly.

Step 3: Just like a personal trainer, I'll keep you on track and on target to get the results you want and need.

Why Management Lab?

1. I know your reality. I've been there.
I was once thrown into a management role with little experience or training. I know firsthand what that feels like. I also know how liberating it is to crack the code and discover the ingredients for becoming an amazing manager.

2. I set the bar high. My job is to support, encourage, and challenge you to make the changes you need so that you and your team are happy and getting brilliant, amazing results. I'm tough and honest, but also positive and yes, even compassionate. I lead by example and I'll be 100% clear on expectations and outcomes. Your results are how I measure success.

3. I've got your back. Whether you take a course, I coach you through a quick fix, or I provide a long-term organizational overhaul, I'll be with you every step of the way.

4. I hate management lingo.  I run a no frills, no gimmicks kind of management lab. I hate jargon. It may be easier and quicker to fill a coaching session or training with stock phrases, but for me, clarity — not convenience — is my goal.

5. I appreciate your company's unique context and complexities. You know your organization best and I'll respect this fact. I will, however, call #$%* !@*& when I need to and offer you a fresh outsider's perspective on how you and/or your business can improve.
